you can pay us to fight for you firm in court,
after something has gone wrong, or we can
help you get things right from the start.
We prefer to help firms avoid legal loopholes by drawing up well-structured contractual agreements and pointing out any pitfalls before they are reached.
| These are some of the areas we can help with |
Land and Property
- Buying, selling, leasing
- Commercial premises
- New developments
- Refinancing
- Investment properties
- Portfolios
- Enfranchisement
- Factories, warehouses, offices, new units, green fields, blocks of flats, mixed developments Oh – and that little corner of land that nobody knows who owns it. Wouldn't it be good if we could expand the car park into it?…

Commercial Contracts - Partnership agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Agency agreements
- Franchises
- Computer and IT contracts
- Standard terms and conditions
- Compromise Agreements
Do you sell to consumers? Did you know that the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 can drive a coach and horses through most standard terms and conditions? Get it wrong and you may not just lose money – you could be prosecuted by the OFT too. We can help you plug the holes. |
Compromise Agreements
Thinking about downsizing? Need independent legal advice?
If redundancy is the only option, we can make sure that your firm will not suffer from costly employment tribunals. A compromise agreement, drawn up by an independent solicitor, is a legally binding contract which will protect your firm from unfair dismissal claims. |

Our Charges
Our fees are based on the total time worked on a case or transaction. We don’t quote fixed fees for commercial matters, but we can give you an estimate of our charges once we have assessed the likely work.
We can also agree to cap the fees, so that we won’t do work costing more than an agreed maximum without your permission. Most importantly of all, we will try to suggest the most economic way of dealing with an issue. |
